FUNCTION
- You are responsible for carrying out various measurements and check whether the quality of the pieces is in accordance with the client’s requirements
- You handle test and pilot series
- You perform first piece checks
- You perform random checks during production and also do exit checks. If necessary, you block the shipment of goods with deviating parameters
- You lend out measuring equipment
- You are back-up for the control, calibration and maintenance of the measuring equipment
PROFILE:
- Experience with measuring techniques is a must. Experience with quality systems is an advantage.
- You have a basic knowledge of metalworking techniques (machining) including drawing reading and design
- You can work with the Office package
- Dutch / basic English
- You are reliable. You can be counted on and you deal confidently with customers, suppliers and employees.
- You are a good colleague and can work in a team
- You are accurate and quality-oriented. You can handle machines and tools with care
- You have an eye for order and tidiness
- You are flexible and can cope with changes in the production process
- You are open-minded, open to change and communicate openly and directly at all levels
- You are PIP (positive person) and see your task as a challenge for yourself as well as for the company
