We process raw steel, galvanised steel, rust-proof steel, Corten steel, aluminium, Hardox® and PVC into semi-finished products or fully-assembled products, as piecework or in series.

Our working method
We follow the steps below when handling the custom metalworking of your product:
You send us a description of your idea with the necessary technical specifications, requirements and preferences. Our costing managers and specialists analyse your request for a quotation and draw up a price quotation. We then have a meeting with you to discuss your entire concept the quality and the delivery period. We use this input to fine-tune our quotation.
Do you already have a draft design that we can use as a basis? Or do you prefer to have your draft designed by our engineers? Both options are possible.
We finalise the price quotation and send it to you. As soon as we have received your approval of our quotation or your order, we register it in our price quotation system.
All the specialists from our various departments meet to discuss your product. At this stage, we analyse all the opportunities, potential problems and price guidelines.
We manufacture the first piece after this meeting. We then perform a first piece measurement and make adjustments for further production where necessary.
We ship your product to you within the agreed deadline. We send you an invoice when everything has been finalised.
